1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the WOCCO platform, including the mobile app, website, and related services. By creating an account or booking/accepting jobs, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.
2. Definitions
“Client” – any person or business booking services through the app.
“Cleaner” / “Service Provider” – any person registered on the app to provide cleaning, maintenance, or waste management services.
“Company” / “We” / “Us” – WOCCO LLC, the operator of the platform.
“Platform” – the WOCCO mobile app and website.
3. Platform Role
The Company provides a platform to connect Clients with Cleaners.
We facilitate booking, payments, and support but do not directly employ Cleaners.
Cleaners operate as independent contractors, not employees of the Company.
4. Client Terms
Clients must provide accurate service details (location, type of service, duration).
Payment must be made through the app at the time of booking.
Cancellations:
More than 24 hours before service – full refund.
Less than 24 hours – cancellation fee may apply.
Clients must provide a safe environment for Cleaners and secure valuables before service.
5. Cleaner Terms
Cleaners must complete registration, including background checks and identity verification.
Cleaners are responsible for bringing required tools/supplies unless otherwise specified.
Cleaners agree to provide services in a professional, safe, and lawful manner.
Cleaners may set their availability but must honor accepted bookings.
Payments:
Cleaners are paid after service completion via the app.
The Company may deduct service fees/commissions before payout.
Misconduct, fraud, or repeated cancellations may result in suspension or permanent account termination.
6. Fees and Payments
Clients agree to pay the listed service fee at the time of booking.
Cleaners receive payment for completed services minus platform fees.
The Company reserves the right to adjust pricing and commissions.
All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers.
7. Liability
The Company is not liable for disputes, damages, or losses arising from interactions between Clients and Cleaners.
Cleaners are responsible for any damages caused during their service.
Clients waive claims against the Company for issues outside of direct platform control.
8. Safety and Conduct
Both Clients and Cleaners must treat each other with respect.
Harassment, unsafe conditions, or illegal activity will result in account suspension.
Cleaners must comply with health and safety regulations when performing services.
9. Account Suspension & Termination
The Company may suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms.
Reasons include fraud, non-payment, repeated cancellations, unsafe conduct, or abuse of the platform.
10. Privacy & Data Protection
We collect and process personal data (name, email, phone, payment details) as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
Clients and Cleaners consent to their data being used for booking, payment, and service delivery.
11. Dispute Resolution
Clients and Cleaners should attempt to resolve disputes directly through the app.
If unresolved, the Company may assist but is not obligated to provide compensation.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
13. Updates to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Users will be notified via the app or email. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
